Dakota Manchester

The room (executive suite) and the guest service was excellent. Especially the kindness of the waiting staff was beyond compared. Even though the terrace for brunch was not open, upon request we were seated there. The cleaniness and cosiness highly appreciated. We spent two special nights at the Dakota Hotel Manchester and certainly will return.

This isn't just your average hotel! Staff were lovely and welcoming when we checked in. Bed was massive with plenty of space and really cosy. TV offers a variety from Sky Sports to movies when you want to settle down for the night. The bathroom facilities are kitted out to the max with both shower and bath included! And room service are fast. Expensive, but worth it for the experience! Overall, I would definitely be back again in the future and would certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the experience.

I've stayed at some lovely hotels in Manchester, and Dakota is now my favourite! A massive thank you to Latitia for the upgrade to a beautiful Signature Suite and a warm welcome on the front desk. The suite was immaculate, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the complimentary mini bar was well-stocked. It was perfect. The bar and restaurant were fabulous. The cocktails were quality and reasonably priced. Although it was busy, the atmosphere was chilled and classy. The fillet steak was spot on too. Overall, I've had a faultless stay at Dakota Manchester. It was the perfect solo birthday trip, and I'll definitely come back to stay in the near future. Thank you so much!

Really comfortable.. nearly all staff were accommodating ,polite and helped out as much as they could..its very nice inside..it was very cosy very clean..our room was perfect for us

Break for a birthday and special occasion. Hotel was beautiful, the decor and the lighting was amazing, very relaxed atmosphere. The terrace/ drinks were also very nice. Staff were attentive and friendly. We did have an issue with our fridge/air con in the king bedroom which was noisy/broken but as soon as this was reported to the front desk, the Dakota staff were on it and as a gesture of good will, Dakota upgraded our room from a king to an executive suite was OUT OF THIS WORLD and free of charge it was a lovely surprise - it really was a highlight in our stay how well we were treated by the staff - 1000 percent would stay here again! A massive Shoutout to Tiffany and the manager who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, especially after hearing about the broken fridge etc. Thank you Tiffany and all staff members who made our stay at Dakota so special.
