The room (executive suite) and the guest service was excellent. Especially the kindness of the waiting staff was beyond compared. Even though the terrace for brunch was not open, upon request we were seated there. The cleaniness and cosiness highly appreciated. We spent two special nights at the Dakota Hotel Manchester and certainly will return.

Super romantic decor, totally our vibe. Exceptional staff, have to give special mention to the gentleman manning the doors. He was so friendly and helpful. Everything during our stay was magical, the small details in the room, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, the bathroom was gorgeous and the tv/mirror was wow. Will definitely return.

This is the second time I've stayed. The rooms are a great size, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and tided each morning to the standard of when you arrived. It's also in a very convenient location, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to bars, restaurants etc.

Same as always, which I like. Reliable and unfussy, room ready on time and spotlessly clean. Great location to be near everything but just a few minutes walk 'apart'. Had dinner in the restaurant, always wonderful and delicious and good service. Lovely biscuits with a good selection of tea and coffee, crisp bed-linen on comfortable beds.

Break for a birthday and special occasion. Hotel was beautiful, the decor and the lighting was amazing, very relaxed atmosphere. The terrace/ drinks were also very nice. Staff were attentive and friendly. We did have an issue with our fridge/air con in the king bedroom which was noisy/broken but as soon as this was reported to the front desk, the Dakota staff were on it and as a gesture of good will, Dakota upgraded our room from a king to an executive suite was OUT OF THIS WORLD and free of charge it was a lovely surprise - it really was a highlight in our stay how well we were treated by the staff - 1000 percent would stay here again! A massive Shoutout to Tiffany and the manager who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, especially after hearing about the broken fridge etc. Thank you Tiffany and all staff members who made our stay at Dakota so special.

Though frankly the hotel is not really our style, of its type we thought it was very comfortable, and staff on the whole were very pleasant. We’d definitely book again when in Manchester.
